I found this company named Servify which does mobile insurance. It also picks up and delivers your device to you for free if its under warranty when your device is having some issues.

Have any of you guys tried the service specially Oneplus Users? Pease let me know.

My One Plus 3 display was damaged, i searched for the original display cost it was minimum 8k. But i was under servify warranty i claimed it with in four days i got my mobile repaired. Full repair amount 10k was paid by servify, I was only charged 1k and the give me Tempered glass also, i was so happy they did their job well, and customer care response was good.

Well my experience is not good with Servify. My phone’s display had broken due to an accident last month. After few formal mails, I agreed to pay some part of estimated amount. Inspite of this, repair service was not started and on top of it, service got cancelled somehow. After continuous following up twice a day, i used to get the same answer “today you will get the mail” and such other stupid statements. After all these mental harassment on daily basis for almost a month, I got highly disappointed and mailed them to return my device back. Hope I’ll get it back in a day or 2 or may be a month, you never know.
But now in my opinion, Servify has a bunch of highly unprofessionals who don’t understand their duties and customer’s need.

I did a lot of research. I landed on this link from googling only you are fortunate I opened this link the last.
Wait let me first put the verdict in case some of you dont want to read a long reviews. Stay Away.
You will get your claim only if you go on social media quora and harras them a lot.
one guy on quore spoke to Oneplusone service center and found out that servify had many phone that were repaired and lying with them But they were not delivered because servify was not paying them. So you figure out whats going on here.

From mouthshut.com and quora I found the claims process is pretty smooth as compared to other insurance companies
Other insurance companies will make it difficult for you from the start.
Servify picks up calls put in the claim the app will also track everything well.
Only when it comes to honoring the claim they start to show their true colors.
First they will tell you its your own neglect.
These are all basic tactics to dissuade you from going further with the claim.
In the end they make you pay for the repairs.

Many people do pay for the repairs as the phone is with them
Its only if you go on social media and post stuff tag then on twitter will you get a response and your phone back.

Many phones were lying with service center repaired one of their customers found out. Like I said before they do actually pick up your device and send it to the service center too.

I am not sure they do this hoping you would pay the service center directly and get back your device.

bq. Maximum Covered Value is equivalent to the depreciated value of the Covered Equipment at the time of submitting a Claim for availing accidental damage protection. Claim limit is one repair instance (i.e. repair or replacement) of your Covered Equipment. If the repair or replacement charges are more than the Covered Value, the Beneficiary will have to bear the differential price for obtaining the repair or replacement as determined by the ASP. The Beneficiary has to pay a Compulsory deductible/Excess charge of Rs. 1000/- in case of repair/replacement during any claim event

This is one of their terms.
So they never replace your phone. If it is unrepairable they will give you a depreciated value. which means if your phone is beyond damage you might end up getting only 6000 rupees for it.
Right now the oneplus 3T is at 7650 rupees for exchange on amazon.
So expect any insurance company to give you the around the same amount.
you pay for the claim 1000 rupees and then you pay for some amount for the service also.
In the end you end up gettting only 6000 rupees.

To sum it up. This applies to any phone insurance Not speaking about Servify. In general
1. If you are looking for a replacement in case of total damage then you will not get one you will only get 6000 or maybe the current value of a 5 or 5T might be 15k.
But you already paid 2600 for the insurance and then 1000 for the claim. so you end up getting peanuts. So for the meager amount you can get the insurance. Its better than getting nothing.
2. The claim process while smooth you will still have to shell out 1000 rupees plus 10% of the amount and 25% if your phone is older. So you already paying 2600 plust 1000 and lets say another 1000 bucks totally you pay 4500. But remember it will take 3 months after you spending your time and energy and calling them out on social media to get your claim passed. I think its better to go to a local repair shop in your city and you can get phones repaired for 2 to even 10 times less than service center. yes obviously they will use duplicate spare parts. some even use original spare parts but charge half the amount. So that would be almost instant you can stand there and get it done or will take 1 or 2 days max. Then you get your phone exchanged.
Its much better option than waiting for 3 months or even 15 days(as fake review suggests) What is the point you will have to buy a new phone.
Or you will need a backup phone if this insurance will take 2 to 3 months of even 15 days.

So insurance becomes impractical they are just fleecing of your money. Its better to invest in a good armour accessories or go in for IP certified phone.
There is no theft insurance. Theft Insurance is totally different.
So whats the point.
I think we should share this and I urge people to do research find reviews and we should spread this truth about phone insurance.
then only they will change.
Phone insurance should be this way. Your phone is damaged you should get a new phone in 24 hours.
Or they should deliver a backup phone while picking your phone up and take their sweet time. If its unrepairable You should get a new phone that is what insurance is for.
This is like forcing us to sell our phone for cheap. I undertsand phone value decreases but when we have to buy a phone we have to pay a lot more right.
So whats the point of insurance if we don’t geta full replacement or atleast a certified refurbished phone. The premium can be different for all of this.

You will see some or many people have a good experience.
Insurance companies do honor claims they have a percentage depending on how greedy they are. They select certain customers randomly or based on the cost of the claim and give them super duper service and immediate claim as advertised so they can have some people actually say good things about them.
So this confuses the consumer and they think lets take a risk.

Most pathetic service i have ever faced. they have very un-professional and very pathetic customer executives who do not know how to resolve the problem instead of telling the same thing again and again.

Simply wont recommend it… Floor manager from service center was forcing me to pay service charge… And company inst clear about their terms and conditions…. They will simply waste ur time… My experience was horrible with servify… Will even mail oneplus and recommend them to disassociate from servify…

PLEASE NEVER EVER USE SERVIFY SERVICES . THEY ARE PATHETIC IN DELIVERING YOUR MOBILE PHONES ON TIME. MINE GOT DELAYED FOR 2 WEEKS AND AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A WRONG MODEL.

I Have taken insurance of my mobiles and family laptops from most of the gadgets insurance companies of India. And have lot many experiences. As per my personal experience I would suggest either Times Global Assurance, Gadget Policy or ORAPolicy. These are best companies for mobile and laptop Insurance. Oneassist, Servify and Syska are not worth for paying for the insurance of your mobiles and laptops.

Servify service is one of the bad service u can see! They won’t help the customer needs .I given my mobile .which was screen damaged.they said it can be repaired in 3,4 working days ! But they won’t do it as per the working days they usually take 10,12 days for sure. And even if the device has been repaired early they will deliver it to u so late . My device have been repaired in 5 days but they haven’t delivered it to me till now it has been 11days

As per my experience Servify is worst service center. My phone’s display had broken due to an accident last month. After few formalities, I have sent my mobile to service center, after sending i got a update from service center in that they have mentioned mother board has damaged so they charged 12,652 to repair my mobile so i canceled that request took my mobile back and after that i cheked with another vivo authorised sevice center, in there they told mother board is good n working properly, have to change the display only. after getting confirmation from there i spoke with SERVIFY service center executive and escalate about the issue and i told them to replace the display only bcs my mobile is under display replacement warranty but they are not ready to clear my issue n also those executive who have talked with me, i got got worst response and stupid statements from them, After all these mental harassment on daily basis for almost a month, I got highly disappointed and mailed them to return my device back. n i took my mobile to another VIVO AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER n they replaced my mobile display only as per my request and now its working fine n perfectly.

Now in my opinion, Servify has a bunch of highly unprofessional’s who don’t understand what’s the problem in mobile and what customer’s need. i won’t recommend anyone. rage

My views for servify are 50-50 as they changed my one plus 5t when it was launched. Actually what happens is during updating the phones screen is black and then it goes on for 1-2 times and after 2-3 minute the led id on scren is still black I’ve tried all possible ways( contacted one plus and chat with community members they said you’re phones is bricked) so I don’t know how to unbrick it. I went to service centre in Jaipur ( local shop tie-up) they check the hardware for 1-2 hrs (that time i was with amazon to replace the phone they said please get a letter from service centre we’ll send the fresh copy , but centre owner denied to sign and give the same) Then they said it will take approximately 15-25 days to repair it as the hardware will ship from china. The phone is registered under servify policy. I gave them and went back to home( I’ve on other options) Tagged one plus and servify over twitter many times… After 8-9 days servify zonal manager contact me and said please please don’t tweet we’ll get back to you with the resolution by today evening.
They contacted one plus and the same evening they dispatch new one plus 5t vis courier to the addres of service centee and said please submit your charger box accessories etc.. and pick the Mobil.

Then i directly went to the hub of courier and get the Mobil they asked for id i gave them.

This company is a fraud company!

They take the money off your account in terms of insurance and when there is an actual damage to the phone – they decide to give away the insurance money but never pay for the damage.

Never trust this service – absolute thieves!

I am fed up with their services! In the end they gave the insurance money back and never fixed my phone

i have brought the servify accidental insurance. My experience is very bad. They just took my mobile and left it for 20 days and then give me and estimate for repair charges. Once i paid the charges they keep silent for another 10 days and said they do not have parts for repair. thus…i gifted my new phone to them and still dont know when will i get back!! Very very pathetic service. If they tell me about such a huge time take to repair the phone. i will better not give them my mobile it was in fully working state just a little dent .

Its a BIG FRAUD that happened with Servify. I have sent my mobile to the service center for a ghost touch problem on my screen. They gave me the estimate of almost 60% of the total cost of the mobile for a small repair. I have asked to replace only the digitizer but they convinced me for the entire replacement of the display and so it is costing high. I thought the service would be great from Servify and so I have paid the amount. Till then the support and follow up is excellent. Next came the real picture. They kept the mobile with them for a long time approximately more than two weeks and the updates are given only when I send an email. They didn’t keep up the promise of replacing the display with new ones but replaced only the digitizer (which costs not even the 10% of the charged amount) and that too with an improper fittings, due to which I clearly understood the fraud that happened and the same is asked post returning. The faulty screen became ugly with the improper fittings. And now, the support team is bluffing me that they have replaced the entire display section with the new one which they actually didn’t. Also, they are asking me to send the mobile for a second repair and now I completely lost the trust. Took a huge amount and didn’t serve for the customer satisfaction and bluffing me instead. Not at all a fair thing and never I recommend it to others

Hi All, My experience with Servify has been really pathetic.First of all they had accepted my online service request for repairing my NOKIA 3.2 handset and i dropped the same at the service center based on Servify’s confirmation.The confirmation number generated online was JDOYIJOYGMPK. Post which even after 3 days there was no update as to the status of the handset and upon enquiring from the customer care i got a shock of my life when i was told the following- “Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.We completely understand your concern.This is to inform you that we are the claim service provider of Nokia and we can only assist you with the claim repair request.However, for normal repair request need to get in touch with the respective brand Nokia on the below mention support details, as they would assist you with the real time status of your device.” When i enquired from NOKIA customer care they said they can’t help because if the handset would have been received by their authorized center they would have shared a job order number.Both Servify and Nokia are washing off their hands on each other.Servify is a big fraud!!! please be beware

I used Servify for Samsung Care plus and it is Cradle of idiocy. I never want to deal with India again. I File a claim twice and they have technical issues won't pay the store to fix my device and can't seem to correct the issue. You can never get a hold of a manager or supervisor even with a ticket number it's total lunacy. NOBODY CALLS BACK! 

To Servify:

You give Samsung a bad reputation and a bad name do them a favor and cancel the contract you have with them. You're a terrible company. You owe me money and I'm contacting the BBB.
