How to access/change emails for freecharge accounts made via . trick

Hi.
I have 3-4 accounts in free charge with (.) trick i.e I have accounts in both [email protected] and [email protected]
I cannot access such accounts(phone number are dead after jio came)
How can I access such accounts?
This accounts can be used to keep non primary phone numbers active (35 recharge with flat 20-30 cashback offers)
