Previously used * 444# and * 121* pack MRP# was working successfully, but now nothing working ! pensive

Last Week I Recharged 399 Plan Using This.

For me when i select “Recharge Thru Balance”, it says “dial * 121*1 # for best offers” pensive
May be it has changed now cry

They’re simply saying we don’t have any option to activate/recharge it. Try later or do from online/retailer by paying.

Nope nothing
Even they offered me to recharge from their side as there was some offer and i didn’t knew how to recharge via balance also was not sure if i will get that offer if i will do via main balance.
So they said if we will do from our side you will get the offer.
So i said fine and they did the recharge from their side no OTP asked balance deducted and recharge was successful.

Well nowadays many customer support people are noobs or have no knowledge yours might be one of them.
Try again tomorrow it should work if they haven’t stopped it.

I agree it’s funny sometimes when they say things which are completely insensible.
Today only i was having chat with FK cs he was replying out of my question i had to ask the same query 3 times then only he replied correctly. I even said to him are you reading my text or replying whatever you want.

They don’t even have pea sized brain and that is also used for sending Blanket replies to whatever issue you raise or give same response to all the customers.
That’s why I have improved my patience and drop mails only, though they take 2-3 days to revert.

Today customer care people replied that “they are updating the new plan voucher details into system, so that all ussd codes for self recharging from main balance has been blocked temporarily without mentioning any specified timeframe” Also told that, they can’t do it from their end because of this issue. So he asked me to proceed with recharging from any online/retail shop by paying rolleyes

You should have done it before the price update
I was also thinking that they might have stopped it.
It’s good it will be back. I think it won’t take too long for update.

No option to recharge from main balance (Plans 74/75) Tried all methods. Finally i have opted for plan 96 using USSD *444#
Only 2 options for you.
1. Either you can activate 74/75 plan by recharging from any online recharging site like paytm/amazon or bsnl portal (These plans are still exists but bsnl blocked it from activating by means of USSD/sms methods)
2. Else you can do plan 96 from USSD method ( *444#) from main balance. (Check whether this plan applicable in your circle)
As per my circle 96 plan is the only lowest plan which gives 180days validity which can be activated from main balance.
