How to cancel Medlife order which is already packed?

Very pathetic paying online service.. Didn’t get notification when to pay exact amount..

Due to PayPal offer only I am placing orders with them..

What a night mare.. I paid the next day and they already packed and it was shipped COD. On delivery told him I already paid but still wanted money. Told med that I paid and after 3 weeks order went back and they issued refund. and paypal took away their cashback.. Who was it who said paypal wont? Even after 3 weeks they removed it. Not only that but the 2nd offer also did not work out. Paypal said I already took the offer earlier so not eligible but many got the cash back.. Very iffy and unreliable.. had contacted med on chat, email, whatsapp like a dozen times.. still nothing. Why I would ever use them without 50% discount is beyond me.

I think if paypal stops their incentives they will find they have maybe 2 real customers instead of the 20 million.. I have not found a single use for them online and forget offline. Worse than mobi..
