how to cancel paytm mall order?

I placed order for wrong address by mistake. immediately i sent paytm an email requesting cancellation. I also called paytm and requested cancellation. the representative said order will be cancelled soon. but since then I haven’t heard back anything and also the item has been couriered. How should I proceed?

Same happened to me. I had cancelled order before shipment and still it was couriered. Stupid ecom site.
I got refund in paytm account though. Parcel was sent back midway. Also cashback received in account for the order stayed in account only. I could easily get other amount back to bank account.
