how to change amzn acct linked to your Amzn credit card?

I have an Amzn Pay ICICI card linked to my Amzn Acct A (whose phone number is linked to my bank account). This amzn account is not being used at present, it’s load money was disabled after my other account was verified and have now got a notification about blocking amzn pay by jan’20.
I also have another amzn account B which is full KYC verified. I use this actively and has prime activated on it.
Now, how can I link my credit card to account B?

Contact amazon accounts team and ask then to merge and delete the accounts

Only by contacting ICICI customer care – they may shift ur full kyc to card account or merge both accounts – this is just my guess
As per card TnC :“You cannot shift your card from one A.in account to another”
