How to claim Ant audio earphones warranty??

Hey folks,
I bought Ant audio earphones in june 2019.
Now left side earpiece stopped working.
It comes with 1 year warranty and I want to claim that.
Does anyone know how to claim warranty for this.
And if anyone every claimed warranty for Ant audio could share their feedback??

this same problem with me too please help me what i do, i have shipped my product but it takes some time to reached them,and on acro rma website shown me that your claim is expired please help
same here after 3-4 month left side earpiece stop working and claim replacement. again the same replacement stop working.. do not buy Ant Audio.

Hi Team,
Please help I have sent my Ant Audio earlphones to service centre as they were not working properly.
But still I didn’t recieved any confirmation mail from their side.
Warranty for ant earphones can be processed through ACRO RMA.
Most earphones stop working withing 3 4 months, specially left side earpiece stops working.
Warranty process is also pathetic.
I sent them my earphones for warranty claim.
By the time it reached them, the claim expired(15 days from claim generation). They didn’t responded to my claim and also didn’t returned the product.
Please don’t buy ant products.
