I had purchased a Bigbazaar voucher of 1000₹ from Littleapp.. when I went to redeem it, it was showing already redeemed, although I haven’t used the gv. Tried to raise complaint through app.. its useless.. tweeted and also rated them one star with complaint on playstore.. still no use.
If anyone knows how to contact littleapp please help…

Sometimes this happens due to big bazaar technical issues when gift card is consumed on a faulty transaction, for that you will need to contact big bazaar and ask about it
Tq. It is showing card deactivated. Zero balance 🙁 what can be done now?

Littleapp is literally a thief!!
No solution. They don’t respond to anything. Their cc number doesn’t work. I tried everywhere, on their Facebook page ,twitter handle. Mailed them.. no reply. Lost hopes. Only option is to approach consumer court. I don’t have time and patience for that so lost hopes for my 1000₹.
i have faced a similar situation. A 1000 rs big bazaar voucher seems to be going in vain. Someone has already redeemed my voucher. i contacted big bazaar customer desk and they told me that they have come across cases where little pp has issued voucher with same details to two different customers. I have purchased this in mumbai and similar voucher was issued in ghaziabad.
Sent multiple follow up to little app. No responses. Just want to settle these outstanding issue in my account and want to permanently delete the app. Fraud company

Same here. I purchased 499 voucher paid through paytm. Money deducted but voucher is not generated. Not able to contact little. Complained so many time on help in app and dropped mail ticket but no reply. How can i resolve my issue
