Was loading money from my axis card to payzapp wallet .But transaction isn’t successful and money got debited from axis card.
I checked in transaction history of payzapp ,but no trace of failure of success of transaction.No transaction number is there in payzapp history.
I contacted cc of axis and they confirmed that the fund is successful at their end and they gave me transaction id number .I dropped an email to payzapp cc ,but no response to that .Their customer care number is pathetic , continuously busy for 24 hrs .
Anyone faced the similar issue ,please help .
How to contact them ?

The toll free number is joke .Tried almost every single hour for past 2 days ,Always busy .Checked on Google also ,many people have complained the same thing, as the toll free number is always busy.

I have contacted Payzapp through emails in the past, I got reply next day.

The problem would have been at the gateway. Axis authorised the payment but it did not go through to payzapp. wait for 4 working days. under normal process payment should get reversed. if not, then take up with both sides.

Thanks .Yes ,I actually waiting for the same .But there’s no response from payzapp end ,that is making it worse . Normally as u said ,if the fund is unclaimed at payzapp end ,will get money back in the normal working days as u said . Will wait for it .

For my friend the same happened for Rs200(SBI) and its little over a month not yet credited or refunded. No response from Payzapp and SBI has no idea what is chargeback..or pretending to be. Small amount so ignored due to lack of time.

Same friend sent funds from payzapp to bank but mentioned wrong(Old) IFSC
Target Bank was SBM whose code changed recently which was not noticed and old IFSC used.
Funds not credited yet(Txn date 28-Oct) I advised to wait for a week for refund.
Anything else needs to be done? @Plato

If you txn history not showing latest txns, then just add small amount in your Payzapp wallet, it will get updated with your txns history.

But again your small amount will stuck

Same thing happen to me more than once , and my money get credited in my account in 7 days, so don’t worry.
Payzapp is late but not Fraud.

It’s not PayZapp’s fault actually. People are trying to do those things in 6 days which they used to do in a month.

what u r saying might be true…! but am worried that this problem might be user specific (users regularly withdraw to bank) or payzapp intentionally avoiding users to add money (due the reason that they r bringing changes to their app according to the new guidelines given by rbi)

because the problem is the transaction fails after entering the credentials every time.. the app crashes only after entering the 3d secure password saying “sorry app had an error”

not fails when we try to withdraw funds…!

I had 5000 in my wallet.. not it is showing zero balance and the recent transactions are not visible.

PAyzapp is acting funny since 2-3 days. Sometimes withdrawl shows error but the money actually got credited into bank account. Adding money also is very unstable, but failed transaction got credited back to CC account in 4 days. I believe new limits are being set wrt to how many times a single bank account can be used to transactions etc etc. App works best till 7:30 AM in the morning and later starts to misbehave

my transactions of 3rd nov dont appear in transaction history but they have gone through successfully. So not sure whats happening with the servers…

Mine 900 rs stuck with them while adding balance deducted from my BOI card but not credited to payzapp wallet almost 25 days over ….dropped so many mail but didn’t get response usually they credited after 5-7 days but this time nothing work… please suggest if any one have idea …can we raised charge back to boi but already time over I guess
