How to drop channels/packs from Tata Sky (online) ?

I can only see option to add the packs/channels. Where is the online option to drop the already subscribed pack?

Go to manage packs——>add/change option is there, select that, now drop pack, then confirm

I talked to CC. You can NOT drop channels/package via website anymore.

If you are subsribed to Re. 1 Jingalala Saturday’s pack then you can’t drop it otherwise you get option to Add/Change or drop pack with everything else. For Jingalala Sat packs, drop pack option appears on 31st day. Also some packs have lock-in period of 30/60/90 days. Those also can’t be de-activated before date is arrived.

The best part with Tata Sky is they refund the whole per day amount once pack is de-activated. I once subsribed to English pack and forgot to de-activate on 30th day. On 31st, Rs. 3 was deducted as it was Rs. 90/month. I de-activated at night and Rs.3 was adjusted back immediately. Same way if you change a pack they refund the daily deduction amount deducted for that day. Others operators never refund.

For base pack change also if your current base pack is say DMix and you upgrade it to say Bumper then they will first refund whole amount for DMiz for that day which is ~Rs.10 (299/month) and then deduct for bumper. It is nice on their part.
