How to file a complaint against Amazon in consumer court

Anyone in this group has complaint against online shopping site ( Amazon) in consumer court . Please tell me regarding experience. I have purchased saffola oil on 1 april after collecting 100 % cashback, but they declined my cashback without any reason. I have all proof regarding this offer , so please suggest me how to do?

if you really need those 159 than first try emailing bezos than if it is not solved after that go to consumer court.

Go to chat section on app, and ask them to arrange a call with the team looking after Cashbacks.. inform them of offer in details and regarding your eligibility..& that you had collected the offer, showing your eligibility.. and ask to credit the Cashback manually..
Only case when you are really ineligible, as pointed out by @androgame, that you might have purchased one with 139 product price.
So, you should have posted order details as well after removing you details from there and few digits of order id if u wished so.
May i ask your order amount , was it 139 ?
And was the offer displaying at checkout ?
Yes, Ordered amount was 139 and offer is not showing at checkout ,but on product page that offer was showing. You should also note that Price decrease from 159 to 139 was not my fault, is Amazon fault.

Same here. Even I am writing mails after mails for this same product and Amazon is giving me new deadlines everytime.
…Amazon is generous and will not refuse you 139 bucks….my mind says may be you collected the offer later….it happened with me once…
Tell me your order id. Don’t file a complaint. Just a suggestion. Or email it to [email protected].
