How to file cyber crime complaint

One person looted me by taking money for amazon gift voucher… And now he is not refunding nd he blocked me..

First he said give half payment, after sometime asking full amount but i refused to give nd he blocked me.

I want to know can i file complaint against him? How much money it will take? I have his UPI nd mob number only

Its a paytm handle upi.. I sent via amazon.. Can i ask paytm or amazon for reversal

If it was 40000 then cyber crime police might have taken it seriously but for this amount I doubt they will even begin investigation.

Write emails to paytm cyber cell or tweet paytm account will be blocked and you get money back.
👉Agar koi ripper rip krta hai paytm se toh es email id per email kar do “[email protected]” email again please no gap “cybercell @ paytm. com” details ke saath uska account block ho jayega
