Is there any app or website that allows us to find ready made itinerary plans for holidays?

Yes. TripAdvisor is all you need. If you are planning local travel such as himalayan travel, etc then there are groups called himalayan travels, etc on FB.

They are called “package” as per old school terminology. 
Try to get some from different operators so that you can get the best idea of any possible itineraries.
I agree with the above suggestions about taking reviews from past travellers.

TripAdvisor is great, u can search in Google as well, also there are many Facebook groups
