How to get refund from aliexpress? I didn’t received my product and purchase protection is going to end very soon….

whenever I try to talk seller than he just said to wait more n more..

this is my first time when I have to ask refund from aliexpress

plz help

my product never delivered in 5 months, i raised dispute. they refunded… try same.

Ping the seller.. ask for an update.. they usually will proposr to extend the date.. agree to it.. wait till that date.. make it clear that you will only wait for 1 extension… At end of the time period, assuming it’s not arrived, just open a dispute.. you shd get your settlement.
