how to get refund rather than replacement from Flipkart

ordered a speaker worth 1k from flipkart but sound quality is so poor .
now i want to order a big speaker with extra sound , but i can only see replacement / return option .
is there any way to get refund ??

why buy such an item from FK?
you would wanted to buy, you should have gone to a store and tested the product, these day stores match the price of FK and Amzon if you bargain with them

Replace it once , and then second time refund option would come, you need to have a valid reason for return , fk is pathetic with returns
