how to increase # of downloads from android playstore?

Need inputs on how to increase the app download count (and it’s rating too preferably) for an app in android play store?
any tools which will aid in this?
any service provider who can get some 1000 or 5000 downloads across 10 days (like fb likes)?

You could’ve promised paytm money or recharge coupons and few of our generous dimers would have kept installing-uninstalling your app for whole day using their free Jio data.

Of course it will have some financial renumeration. I was told there are entities who do it for a fee. So wanted to get feedback.. easy to get first hand feedback from people here..
If it was my own app, i wdve posted it here and asked people to do it for me already
PS: it was for someone I know who wanted to boost their app ranking in playstore. Which other better place than DD to ask such questions
