How to install amazon prime on iffalcon 4k 55” led!!!

Last year bought iffalcon 55 inch 4k tv. Gifted it to my sister, she wants to use amazon prime. It doesnt have the same in app store. Tried using downloading apk from apk pure and then installing it via es file explorer but she is getting error app not installed. Please if anyone using it then let me know the procedure.

imo, i have the same TV at home and it has pre installed few apps including amazon prime videos, netflix and youtibe as well.
i had linked my google account and then i downloaded jio tv app as well on that

Can u please tell Which model u r having? When u bought it from fk! Is it having prime from first day! If possible tell me your current software version!
