We have gift cards/vouchers of various eCommerce sites/brands. It is necessary to keep track of them properly because we tend to forget expiry date of the cards, forget about the cards altogether etc.
How to keep track of e-gift cards/vouchers effectively? How do you manage e-gift cards. Share your tips.

I maintain an excelsheet with
website/wallet name
number of accounts(email, pwd, mobile)
GVs (expiry,amt)
Referral links/code (To share with Dimers for referral benefits)
Wallet balance (Uptodate)
Virtual card details (if VC is present for that wallet)
I use followupthen.com to get email notification before expiry, also have all gv…etc details at one place in a file.
@dealbhai I have already written about this before. See the below posts.

I…maintain an encrypted spreadsheet inside a Truecrypt’ed container on my PC. This allows me much greater control and even things like maintaining wallet balances, transaction history, etc.

Keeping unencrypted details of financial accounts is a very bad idea! And that too on the cloud is a serious no-no.
Apart from the security advantage, a locally stored encrypted spreadsheet also allows me to keep transaction and balance details of all my wallets.
If you use Google Inbox for GMail, when the GC/Vouchers are delivered in the e-mail you can snooze (Clock icon on GMail Inbox) the e-mail to any date before the expiry date. Once the date is approached you will see the snoozed e-mail in your Inbox in pinned status and you can snooze the email further for few more days if your due date is little far. I use this method and never miss/waste any GC.
You can even add a Reminder text to the Snoozed mails (like exact date of expiry, actual price paid etc). You can go to Snooze section of the Inbox app regularly and see all the GCs with the date of expiry.
Note: This Snooze feature is available only in Inbox app/site, not on GMail app/site.
Amazon GV – Keep track in Amazon
GV issued by Quickcilver – Just add them to your Woohoo account under Brand Gift card option. Woohoo will send notification about 45 days before expiry.
Of course you can also use an excel sheet, sorted with Expiry date.

how to lock Gmail app in mobile
its must to lock it , in case of mobile loss
Very valid point… Actually people start bothering mostly after loosing phone
For ease & fast use we don’t use lock which makes our self vulnerable.
KG to you for pointing this. Use any app lock for important apps

Edit : I started using pattern lock after loosing Galaxy J7 in a week of purchase
