for complaint in the court you need
1. proof of notice asking resolve the problem to all other parties ( service dealer, seller, manufacture all opposite parties)
dispute with the three years of arise.
a fee rupees 200/- by postal order or dd in the name of consumer forum up to 5 lakhs valve
proof purchase you should prove you are consumer – bills/ invoice
proof for deficiency in service by self affidavit you should narrate point by point with history dates problems faced and harassment by trader/service provider
a brief complaint -- mention as per cp act 1986 in file cover
any other evidences to support complaint like emails. brochures paper cutting advertisements
all you can write on white papers in fullscape needs dubble spacing in typing and newtimesroman font advisable
affidavit needs to be careful as it is vital, it has a traditional formats easily available on line any format can fallow
the staff and advocates are very cooperative and helpful at any district forum.
making file
there should be index page first, mentioning all pages nos like a book.
2nd page full address of all parties including complainant first –
3 rd pages complaint
after that affidavit -- after that evidences supporting papers
mention party in person at all signatures

I am not advocate, I fought and won case against country club with out advocate up to national Delhi… so i have enough knowledge.
any one help directly go to district forum they will guide you or pay a little amount to akosha.com rs 250/500 they prepare file and send to you. same can file at court. only careful opposite advocates are all go by illegal loop holes. search mistakes on your complaint and take advantage

I R. Kabali, resident of Chennai purchased phone on 28th July sale wide order no xyz. You have not send the CDLA head phone even after several remainders by mail and phone. You did not full fill your offering, hence I under stand that you have lured me. so I have no option other than taking legal action on you as per cp act 1986. After receiving this notice, if you did not send the remaining part of order headphone with in two weeks, i may depend on court of law for justice.

@pnagash690 thanks for your help. Yesterday I called toll free no. of Jago Grahak Jago (1800-11-4000 ). It is a National Consumer Forum. They took my complaint,gave me a complaint no. and asked me to post a notice to the head office of LeEco and tell them to solve my problem within 7 days. They asked me to mention the complaint no. in the notice and said if they don’t resolve the issue within 7 days then I am eligible to take legal action against them. If my problem is not solved within 7 days then they have given me a toll free no. 1800222262 who can help me in taking further action.

@pnagash690 one more question, CDLA earphones which I haven’t got are worth 1900 so my concern is if I take a legal action against LeEco, spend so much time and money for the case. Do we get any compensation from company for wasting our time and money? how much we can claim?

1 you can send notice any means. you have to prove in court that it reached the opposite party. registered post acknowledge due is best way to prove that’s reached.

2 compensation is dependent on you affidavit and arguments. Generally traders merchants will respond +ve to notice mentioned CP act 1986 court of law. minimum district court awards 2500 for filling expense local people outstation complainant will get 5k to 10k.you can ask immediate expense if opposite party ask adjourn repeatedly. Approaching court is punishment to both parties.

1 you can ask any reasonable amount means
if you are Ambani can ask million for small issue
