How to make pdf from 10 scanned documents with max 512kb

I want to upload a file at a portal. Accepted file is pdf format with 512kb max size. There are 10 affidavits.

Tried with many options
Like scanning with 75dpi
Scanning in paint from scanner
Changing resolution(resize) in Microsoft picture manager
Tried with cam scanner
Also tried sending from whatsapp then resizing it

If i resize it more then it doesn’t become readable. Help me to make a scanned image of 50kb

Use paint (not paint 3D) and keep resize(ing) & save(ing) to 50/50 parentage till size becomes between 15-20kb for each jpg file. Then use any tool to convert them to pdf file. Hope this helps. smile

But resizing makes the file unreadable after a specific resolution(size)

scan the docs with any best scanner and use pdf24 to make a pdf.. the use its compress option to achieve the file size u want.
u can check the output pdf if it is readable.
