How to recharge an vodafone Internet pack(or any other company) from USA

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to recharge my parents phone with an Internet pack. I searched for many sites they do have topup options but not specific recharge option. I had good amount of credits in paytm/mobikwik and freecharge but thay all ask for otp to login as I dont have my no anymore its not possible. If anyone know can you recommend any site where I can use my cc/dc and pay for their internet pack.

Recharge with the help of Online Recharge facility of Online banking which many banks provide.Maybe ?
Many banks app do recharges..
I dont have any bank accounts as of now I only had NRI hdfc account which I closed after xoom I tried vodafone website but it declined
Oxigen USA has internet packs but all starts from 500 RS

Give amazon gv of equal value I will do recharge 
I am thinking that Ill recharge their account with Sendly/xoom/oxigen USA and than use pay by mobile balance feature on vodafone website

Freecharge Mobikwik doesnt require otp as far as I know if we do login via website. Paytm requires everytime however.

I dont mind but probably I cant even buy amazon.in gv with US cc or dc but I appreciate your help
While creation of account , FreeCharge/Mobikwik asks OTP.. but once account is created , you can login and do recharges.. no need of OTP..

for me both are asking because I used them before they were wallet and now I am logging after years so might be because of that but I also have good amount in the account which I think is gone
