How to run diagnostic in different mobile phone from same amazon account.

Hi guys as you can guess from the title. I am trying to buy a phone with exchange offer from Amazon. Some of you may know that Amazon gives extra discount after running diagnostic and checking the health of the phone. My amazon account is logged in my primary phone & I wanted to buy a new phone exchanging a secondary phone. So the problem is when I login through my amazon prime account in my secondary phone it does not show the option to run diagnostic as it shows in my primary phone.
I have tried signing out from my primary phone & then trying it again but its no help whatsoever & I can’t find anything related to this on google. Both phone apps are updated.
If you guys have any suggestions do help me.

Phone diagnosis is not working on Amazon, I too have tried multiple ways.
Check app settings and give permission to the Amazon app and then clear cache and data .
Then login again and try to run diagnosis.
Hi @M.MAHI I have tried all that you mentioned still it is not letting me run diagnostics on my phone. I you could help that’d be great!!
Same with me and even through flipkart. Is ur mobile very basic smartphone ?? I tried to run diagnostic on lyf flame 2
no @ssshubham I tried running it on one plus 2… it asks for permission but then stops at run diagnostics.
Can you try putting the primary SIM (with the number linked to Amazon account) to the phone you want to exchange and try?
yes yes Im doing that only..I have only one sim and one phone that I want to exchange. so using just that
Have you given Phone permission to Amazon app on the other mobile?
