How to spend the time efficiently?

Hello dimers,
If you are looking for an answer, honestly I don’t have. But these are the things I’m trying, would love if you have tips any additions or tips.
Rescuetime – This software helps you on manage how you spend your time on the web. This shit skyrocketed the productive hours and stopped me from window shopping. (PM me if you want referral link)
Dunzo – Be it fixing my bicycle or collecting something from friend’s place, they will take care of it. I don’t have to waste my time on chore tasks.
Grocery – Totally outsourced to the cook. She was happy when I gave one of my debit cards to her for buying things. It saved a lot of my time considering I wasted a lot of time in front Bigbasket.
Shopping – Clothes – A friend (NIFT student) often suggest clothes for me, I just have to search coupons and make the purchase when I get her suggestion.
Laundry – Doormint was a failure for me, But the next door laundry service doing well so far. Bought few more shirts so that delay won’t make much trouble.
These things added some free time, and now I can do swimming (~1 hr), Badminton, and Gym. Also joined for Taekwondo class – around 5 hrs per week.
My attempt to start new hobbies was somewhat failure due to the lack of time. Indoor garden more like a mess now – Tulsi, lucky bamboo, Gerbera, and whatnot. All of them were gifts from friends. So can’t get rid of them now.
Planning to join Golf Club, and dance class. Have to skip tech/ startup meetups on weekends and optimise the schedules bit. Started joining to weekend parties around 11 PM, fewer drinks maximum fun

Its really good idea to join parties late if nothing important missed and u r able to take care of sleep deprivation , bonus is less time required 4 commuting.
However, purchasing groceries for one or two persons is not a big task, u can also give prepaid card or advance 1-2k for grocerieds, to save listing the items.
Anyway, one has to plan time, if you are able to save 5 hours per week it’s good. I Dont think u can save more than that without compromising health or professional meetings.
Finally, it depends on one,s taste , fun, productive time and needs of family members

This fear of missing was one of the major reason for wasting time. – Watch –
Parties happen at my next door (read within ~500 meters) only, So commute is not a problem.
Purchasing groceries won’t make much problems, but missing one item in the morning might distract me and I hate that.
Who doesn’t want to lead a distraction-free life?

I am entirely jobless with nothing do ; absolutely nothing
I have a few things in mind that I want to learn in the 2-2.5 months that I am having [ aptitude, ada , ds and if time permits sql , os and oop]
But the thing is I make plans and fail to implement them ; if i had invested even half of the time that I wasted in planning the things that I wanted to do they would have been complete by now
I just cant focus on my studies ; after 10 min of studying I feel an irresistible urge to surf dd or do something else
koi madad kardo ; cannot wake up early ; raat ko neend nhi ati
kya karu samjh nhee arhi kuch 
socha tha dd pe sign up nhe karungaa ; controlled the urge for 20 days lekin finally gave up to my addiction and signed up again
