i have booked rs 9k mobile phone feb 2016 on syberplace and paid through payumoney but not syberplace is refunding money nor payumoney.
payumoney is saying we are taking legale action towards syberplace , ITS BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS BUT I DIDNT GOT MY MONEY ,
GUYS HELP ME , SUGGEST ME HOW TO TAKE OUT MY MONEY FROM SYBERPLACE.COM.

Already there are lakhs cases pending in court , this wont make any sense
