Hi, I need to send a small amount to a friend outside India. I have the bank details of the friend, but I do not know how to send money directly. Are there any charges for it? Please let me know the different ways to send the money.

Go To your Bank..and ask them to remit the amount from your account to overseas account.
Or
Go to Western Union etc. Money Transfer outlet ..( Bank and all other outlet will charge a fee)

I have to send amount of $20. Can it be done online through any means without going to bank. I would like to know the best and easiest way to send the money.
I do not have paypal account. Are there any other ways to send the money. How much does the bank charge (approximate)?
