I have already tried it a couple of times and was disappointed with the experience both the times.

The problem with ziffi is that in the list of salons provided by Ziffi, good Salons generally do not accept wallet payment, the ones which accept are either those which are running in losses with no customers at all or ones which do good business but are in expansion mode with more publicity and seeking more customers.

My experience
1st time:
I booked for hair cut at a salon(which I have never heard of) near my house which accepts wallet payment, after entering itself i got to know the condition of it, it was like a salon on which big money was invested and built with all ameneties but it is a huge flop due to whatever the reasons may be and hence has aged down due to lack of maintanence. As i booked on a weekend late morning there were a huge pile of people already waiting in the salon by the time i reached. And I noticed that each and every one was from ziffi with free services booked. the treatment from the staff was so cold and irresponsive and they were treating the customers like beggars as if they are doing free seva. finally after much delay i managed to get my haircut done and came out and vowed to myself never to go to such loser salons again to avoid such embarrasment and third grade treatment.

2nd time:
I was looking for a facial and decided of booking in a good salon even if they did not have a wallet payment and came accross a salon which i have been to before(on my own, not through ziffi) and was surprised to find it offering wallet payment. I was tempted to use my remaining wallet balance and henced booked for a facial there. once i reached the salon and told the reception guy that i had made a booking through ziffi i could clearly see the disappointment in his face, he redirected me to another guy with clear instructions : "fruit facial, ziffi ka booking hain, " the guy was so unprofessional and in such a hurry that he started with the face scrub directly without even first cleaning my face with wet wipes, he hardly scrubbed my face and started off with the the face pack, he took it off without even letting it dry properly. This shows that the attitude of the salon guys is that they are just not at all interested in treating ziffi customers as they dont bring in direct money, so they do the service half heartedly and as quickly as possible and get rid of them. I came out disgusted with thier treatment and immidiately uninstalled ziffi app

What is the point of ziffi and such salons tieing up with them if they treat customers this way. The entire point is to make a good impression to increase thier number of customers but rather customers are treated so badly, is this any way to gain a good reputation on your business. Forget good impression I was so unsatisfied that i am neither gonna use ziffi nor gonna pay a visit to those salons again
