Hsbc Card :: Amazon account temporary block

I recently faced an issue where my amazon account is not accessible with some unusual activity relating to a new payment method. It asked me to verify my billing address which I assumed is my home address.

I suspect this is the new HSBC card ending in 9768 that I have added to my account.

I mistakenly entered my home address as the billing address whereas my office address is the one which is correct. I entered home address twice.

Anyone faced same issue?? How to get out of this.
