I recently got HSBC platinum credit card but I’m unable to find option for ATM pin generation. Please share the process.

Yes u need send an SMS to above given number. In my case following above process 1st time I have not received otp and I tried second time but got message as u r already used this option, then I called customer care then after 2 days I got same message and this time I have successfully received PIN
