I added money to my Paytm Wallet but Paytm Gift Voucher purchased

sir, i’m also facing the same problem, on 15th February 2018 i have added 20000/- from my credit card to paytm wallet, but i was gone to gift voucher amount, i have added huge amount? now i’m in need of that money, could u please suggest me now what to do and i dont know the gift voucher usage

I have add money in Paytm wallet but this amount is showing gift voucher wallet ( gift voucher amount non transferable and non transferable in bank) this is problem face in Paytm App on date 16/02/2018

Faced the same thing. Added funds using CC, instead of adding the funds to the wallet, there is a voucher created. I am not sure of its utility as of yet. Checking with PayTM care.

guys same thing happened to me but there is a way out. go to any shopkeeper who uses paytm as a seller. pay to him. you can pay the money to a seller even if the money is lying in gift voucher. and then ask him to pay you back in paytm. it will come in to paytm wallet. i have done this..and now i have money in my wallet not in gift voucher

I have trapped for 6k INR..bloody idiotic thing..They should have blocked it..dnt know what to do with that voucher balance..

Even I did the same thing anyway I will do shopping with that money then later I will spend one hour time for paytm customer service to take revenge. By the time they will listen sweeet words from my stupid mouth.:lol:
