i ordered an item in amazon on 9th of june 2019 and i got message product is delivered on 12th june but original product was not delivered to me. i raised a complaint via chat and mail, i received copy mail that wait til 15th of june .Again i contact them on 15th of june they said we forward the issue to investigate team wait till 21st of june
today i contact the via call they said we can not provided any refund or replacement and we can not investigate futher
please help guys how to handle this issue (same copy paste and message from amazon what ever mails i am sending )
total order value is 783 rupees

amazon always solve this kind of problem i don’t understand ur matter did u buy product from third party seller?
Better i suggest you to contact them via call other than chatting or sending a mail. Brag them on their Twitter handle they’ll surely reply. Hope for the best
