If u do a transaction at the same merchant multiple times within 24 hours, u may get this message

I guess as some user said it’s happening if you do multiple transaction at same merchant. Tried to adding Rs 10 in Paytm and it worked.

It will happens sometimes to avoid fraudulent txns. When some unusual usage patterns on card, the system will flag the usage, once it done, u will get call from bank verify is that really you used the card. If u pick, they will unblock within 15min. Else sometimes it takes till 12AM of that day.

Yes, It was automatically unblocked. I didn’t use on the same merchant site on that day. It worked when I tried again after 2 days. Dont know the actual duration of block.

I am facing same issue while using on paytm, but not facing on using at Amazon. I think it is because i have never used that card on paytm.

You will get to main screen after login in to imobile.

Transaction settings are ON (only international disabled), and there’s block Option in More, which means its unblocked.

I have talked with care they have blocked Add wallet and wallet app transactions.after that I have done one recharge and they was successful
because I have also got ready to get blocking message

send them a msg on facebook or twitter and ask them them to contact on ur mobile… u will receive a call from a landline no. 040 in a day or two… that’s how i have contacted icici customer care for 3 times in last month…
