ICICI dragon pass fraud

I have cancelled my jet sapphiro card more than an year back and i have been told dragon pass associated with it will get cancelled. However in first week of this month i have seen there is a charge of around 2000 on my card, I have contacted the bank .. Surprise surprise they said you have used the dragon pass in singapore airport with two guests. Two visits are complementary and for one they charged. When i asked them how come dragon pass is active if credit card is no longer active, initially they said it shouldn’t. Later they said you are holding other icici card(which is platinum basic one) so they did not cancel it. I have asked them how come they still give free access to dragon pass if associated card is not there and how come, some one used the card if they are not having the physical card. They are not answering those logical questions they simply saying you have used the dragon pass and i should pay. Folks it could be a bug or loophole with icici systems that dragon pass associated with your sapphiro or jet sapphiro may still be active even though you have cancelled the card. And you may get free lounge access also with it.
