Hello folks,

I recently switched from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid sim since i am already using my jio sim for all my outgoing calls and this airtel sim is of no use to me i am just using it because all my acts are linked with that no, i hardly get any calls on my airtel no and for that i used to pay my bills so i went to their store placed a request for the same and yes within 3-4 days it was done. Initially when i checked my validity my outgoing was expiring on 21/2..But few days back when i had a look i was amazed to see this :

Is this only in your case ? Validity use to be lesser like 2-3 months after all are did 35/ 24 recharge criteria

I don’t understand why Airtel does all these nutty things. Seriously, they underestimate power of prepaid user.

Just wondering why people use postpaid while they get more benefit from period, never had a taste of postpaid anyway.
