Hello guys,
I want to discuss very important.
Please help.
My father is expired on 21/10/2019. Via a accident (2 bulls are fighting on road, when my father on bike and coming home, suddenly 1 bull jums on bike, and my father with bike falls on road, first hospitalised and the died after 2 days.
When we visit to police station for fir, they didn’t done any fir, said to whom against they do fir, it can’t be against bull.
They wrote the case in general Dairy.
And provided as print out of that.
Now I visited sbi general insurance branch, they said fir is mandatory.
What to do?
I discussed this matter with my friend, he called 1 ssp of that place.
Ssp said to my friend -
Visit again to that police station, and told them to make fir on the basis of that general dairy.
And one of my opinion is this to make a note from police station that fir is not applicable in this case and then provide it to insurance company.
Please advise what to do or not.

In all probability, a post mortem examination would have been done.
Put up an application for getting a copy of the PME report (if you don’t already have it). Application to be put up at the hospital where PME was done.
Go to insurance company with copy of PME and diary entry.
I do not know whether police needs to file an FIR in such a case but I have seen similar cases earlier where no FIR was filed and only DDE was filed.
I already have a postmartem report, all papers are ready other than this fir

Online fir won’t work, as it is to be done of nearest police station to accident area, as far as i know
These type of incidents are not generally heard very often.
I unfortunately have no knowledge about this insurance thing but couldn’t resist commenting after reading the incident.
It’s rather unfortunately to know how some animals can cause such a harm to us

Bro as far as I know FIR is not required in certain cases like accident prone area and some other circumstances are also there.
Nobody can deny you from insurance. I would ready to help in anyway possible. You are not at any fault and keep that complaint copy safe as a proof as it is very important.
Try to visit police station and discuss the issue. If they don’t cooperate will look out for other solutions.
Nobody can compensate the loss you had due to this misfortune incident. Pm me anytime you need.

See the last page of this. They have written FIR/Inquest Panchnama. If they made a DDE and PME was done, that means that they will be having an inquest panchnama too. See if attaching this in place of FIR can solve the issue.

Here, they used / which means or which have mlc as a option also.
Which I have.
But general insurance company sent me a intimation of claim, in which documents to be submitted is mentioned.
There they used (,) which means and.
I have one Doubt is this type of accidents covered in the insurance policy and rip ur father .stay strong brother.

Im not much aware about this incident,and i don’t know what solution to give for you. but try follow this it may help.
Contact some insurance agents (matured person who were in the field for years) and collect what are all necessary docs needed for the claim.
Approach any other police men in respective station who have some helping nature and get all alternative ideas.
Atlast Nothing can be happened in this world without money, so certain amount of bribe will also help to solve this problem asap.(play safe with it, since it won’t go waste)

FIR has been filled against such case in the past. I googled and found a case which was filled in Punjab and Haryana High court.
If you speak to SIP and refer the case number in the past it might help.

I am sorry for your loss. Give the DC to the insurance company. That’s all they legally require. I lost my only brother n dad in an accident. They will give you shit, but don’t believe them. This does work.

DC is a death certificate which you can get from the Municipal Corporation Department of that area.
