Important Life insurance For Mother Need Guidance .

Hi folks,
as you all have read the title I want a Life insurance policy for my mother, she is 53 years old some of my friends told me companies don’t cover elderly people easily and even if they do i will have to pay a hefty premium for it . so anyone who is experienced please let me know what policies are there ( i am doing my research on google But still wanna ask someone experienced ). My mother is already covered under DELHI GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES HEALTH SCHEME and she is a pensioner ( she started getting pension after my dad’s Demise and Is covered under his DGEHS Card) .
