Last few days many people said they will boycott foreign mobiles.
But on the grounds where are we? Do we still have any Indian companies left who are making competitive mobile phones?
Can we categories some of the models with features here…

Sad but true, bro.
As I remember Micromax was only one which reached some height… But again as you said they sold re branded Chinese phone.
So there is none from India, right?
Our top companies should look into it. This is right time to have a fully Indian international company, I guess. Problems will be there, but there will be huge opportunities too
There was one
but kisi ne sath hi nahi diya
The review units shipped were that from Adcom with literally whitener used on top of adcom branding to cover the name! #facepalm
Adcom again is a Delhi based companies with manufacturing in China and Taiwan.
Ringing bells had plans to manufacture on their own but that never happened. They were overwhelmed with orders and had to keep shutting down pre-orders. What more support did they want from people?

People are so bored…… Hail lockdown for making us to compare Chinese mobiles with Indian mobiles
we are not even 10 percent of Chinese manufacturing capacities either in quantity or quality(if u buy premium products)
Forget abt china, we are not even able to compete with Bangladesh in textile industry
In Electronics manufacturing and development sector:
China is already running in a race with other countries.
India is still crawling. We are yet to learn baby steps>then walk>then run.
Mujhe to freedom 251 ki yaad aagayi…
If I am not wrong most of the discussions were around Chinese vs rest of the world than Indian. There is no single Indian manufacturer, there are companies that just rebrand mass manufactured devices from China and sell here. You or me can do it as well if we are willing to pay for it and this cannot be quantified as manufacturing.
