Indusind RuPay Card is not working in online transactions

Hi dimmers. for availing the snapdeal indusind 10% discount, i opened an account with Indusind Bank. 1 month before. at that time an adverticement was there about Basic Savings Account and I opened that account. I receved ATM CARD RUPAY card. it is working in atm but not wrking on online transactions.
I given compliants to many departments and lastly it ended in Nodel Officer.
tuday he confirmed that on Basic Savings Accounts indusind bank gives only ATM card and it is not usable on online transactions as it is free of cost. To use this service i need to change my basic savings accounts to normal savings account and it have minimum balance and AMC for debit cards
any way to use this feature without high charge?

As normal account have 10000 minimum balance and debit card AMC 250+GST

one more thing Indusind Bank Basic Savings Account is “Pradhan mantri jan dhan yojana account” and PMJDY account not allowed for online e-commerce transactions.
actually PMJDY RuPay Card support online e-commerce transactions but bank not enabled this because if bank enabled online e-commerce transactions for PMJDY account holder then bank need to pay some small amount of fee to RuPay card.
only RuPay Classic/Platinum card support online e-commerce transactions.
