check status of your orders as infibeam has many products pensing ,
all duplicate orders are pending for balance payment of 250rs
payment made from same card or same account are captured as duplicate,
it is new trick used by them to use money of customers
neither till they started to call customer
so track your order and check out same
infibeam is becoming very worst now a days
first they confirm order online, order id is also generated
and after few days, they will cancel with any stupid reason
avoid infibeam as much as possible:evil:

out of my 2 products of the same order one is shipped. waiting for another to get ship. i guess i am lucky in this case 
Infibeam, wants us to be more smarter than they think.
They don’t think that in a home, a senior or other members can not use the same payment method and other emails. Do they think, in a household, each and every person should have different bank account and credit card to do online purchase.
If they cancel, few orders in the name of duplicity, are they going to offer the cancelled number of coupons again for the customers, who could not avail because of their 5000 quota.
They just wanted to test their site, cheap publicity, enjoy customers money for few days, that is all they wanted. Even we can see that the coupon is leaked for the specific purpose.
Let all dimers shot off a mail to the person in charge of the affairs at Infibeam. Retaining customers is not easy with evil designs.
i got a used product and was shipped back.. as per them, its brand new.. so i told them to keep it with them and asked for refund.
nothing happened since then. any escalation mail ids with dimers?
They did the same last time also.
Online sites are becoming A55 these days or should I say they were always an A55, only way to teach them lesson is place mass orders on COD’s and at time of delivery refuse it.
They do the same for me.
