Just see if all card details taken properly or not. Like card expiry while adding to amazon n all. As I have noticed even though its 2019, when we select it won’t get selected n we proceed which shows error. So carefully enter all values in next step recheck. I used yesterday on amazon. udio payment page didn’t come up first 2 times. 3rd time successful. ABT

Yeah this error occures when vcc is not working. Delete it and generate new vcc. Then try. It llndefinitely work.. And expiry doesnt matter. If this kind of problem u face evrytime delete the vcc and make a new vcc. And try it on payzapp.

Try again by deleting the vcc and making a new one, and check the expiry year is 2020+

@rajrocks this is what I already told you. For me once it took 8 vcc cards to make oxi work on Amazon.
Otherwise oxi is working fine on yespay.

Atleast for you, vcc is getting created. For me, it says your VCC is deactivated. when i click reactivate, it says you are already a RBL bank a customer and throws an error message 1010 error code. Oxi Support dont know what to do and asking for time to rectify the issue.

Clear cache and data of oxygen wallet app
Log in and go u will see RBL fund
Then again create a VCc

Info 2 :-
If card created and not work on any site and card showing the balance , then

Sol:- delete that card , if ur balance not deduct on any website u try , then it money will credited in Rbl fund , then create a new VCc

Info 3 :-
If transaction unsuccessful or revert

Sol:- wait for 7-10 day
Ur bal will credited in Rbl fund
