ABOUT THE OFFER

HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER

1. Sign in to your BookMyShow mobile application on your phone.
2. Select the movie, cinema and show of your choice. Select seats and proceed to pay. (Note: you can only buy movie tickets using Pay at Box Office. You cannot buy food and beverages with your order)
3. Click PAY NOW.
4. Proceed to Payments page. Confirm your details by providing your email id & mobile number as this information will be used for confirming your transaction.
5. Scroll down and select “Pay Cash At Box Office” inside Other Payment Options on the payment page
6. If using this option for the first time, we will verify your mobile number by sending an OTP to your phone. Please enter the OTP.
7. Your booking is confirmed! Please arrive at the venue any time before the show starts, show your booking or message received and pay in cash at the BookMyShow Box Office kiosk at the venue. We prefer that you carry exact change.
8. M-Ticket will be sent to your WhatsApp and BookMyShow mobile app after you have made payment.
9. Show the M-Ticket (available under your purchase history in your profile section or in your WhatsApp message) at the entry point to enter the show. No need to collect physical tickets.
10. Please remember to carry the same mobile number that you used while booking the ticket, and keep your mobile data on.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Pay Cash at Box Office facility is available in Jaipur at First Cinema only.
• ·Only shows between 10 am and 10pm can be booked using this option. To book, please select “Pay Cash At Box Office” as the payment option on the payment page.
  This option is available to signed-in users only. To book, first sign in to your BookMyShow mobile application on your phone. This option is currently available on BookMyShow mobile app only.
• Tickets are confirmed at the time of booking. However, unless the money is paid, the m-ticket will not be sent to the user. The M-Ticket is sent to the user as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  Payment for this kind of ticket needs to be made only at the BookMyShow Counter at the venue, in cash, and not in the other counters at the box office arena. Kindly carry exact change to make the payment.
  Debit/Credit Cards and digital wallets are not currently being accepted as payment modes for this kind of booking.
• The M-Ticket can be accessed from the customer’s payment history on his profile section or from the WhatsApp message sent after payment is made. Please carry the same phone number which was given while making the booking and keep your mobile data on.
• The QR Code of the M-Ticket should be scanned at the entry of the theatre, no physical tickets are required.
• No partial payments can be made using any other payment modes, gift vouchers, Winpins, reward points, wallet, or offers. The entire amount needs to be paid in cash at the BookMyShow counter / kiosk at the venue
• Standard convenience fees and taxes apply.
• No offers can be used along with Pay Cash at Box Office payment mode. Only movie tickets can be booked using this payment mode, not food and beverages.
• · Maximum number of SEATS that can be booked in a single transaction is 10. You can have only one live unpaid booking at a time.
