We are pleased to inform you that as per the directions and approvals of the Reserve Bank of India, Citrus Payment Solutions Private Limited will be transferring its PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument) business to PayU Payments Private Limited. This means that your Citrus Wallet will now be powered and issued by PayU. PayU Payments Private Limited has already obtained the necessary licenses granted by the Reserve Bank of India to operate and issue such PPI.

The Citrus Wallet powered by PayU would be accepted across an even larger merchant base, thus, providing you an even broader spectrum of merchants to pay online. So go ahead, make the full use of Citrus Wallet powered by PayU and #goCashless. There will be no change in your login information, balance and transaction history and you will continue to enjoy all your benefits in our new avatar.

Your Citrus Wallet will be powered by PayU Payments Private Limited if we do not receive any communication against the same by February 23, 2017. If you choose to not continue with the same, you may write to [email protected] by February 23, 2017, informing us of your choice of opting out and doing a one-time withdrawal of the available balance to your Bank Account. You shall need to indicate the valid Account Holder Name, Account Number and the IFSC Code of your bank account where you wish to withdraw the balance within 15 days of notifying your choice of opting out. If you fail to provide valid bank details, your wallet money will be held in a specially designated bank account until you submit your requisite bank account details for transferring the wallet money to your bank account.
