INR 100 worth Amazon GC sent by ICICI Bank expired

Hi All,
I checked my ICICI Bank secured mailbox few days ago after many years and found one AGC worth INR 100 that they sent me for one of their offer got expired.
I had words with both Amazon & ICICI Bank customer care and they did not seem to help much.
Is there any way that I can convince Amazon to issue me new voucher?

may be you can take up with the bank, if they will issue a new one. but doubtful

Lost a similar 150 GV in 2016. Noticed it in 2018 only. Wonder if they do it deliberately. Who checks mailbox in NetBanking. Send it on email dumbos

But if you want benefits you have to check it, atleast once in 6 months.
