Try these
1. Factory Reset
2. If 1 doesn’t work, go to service centre and ask them to install some previous version (factory or something). This will require flashing rom. This should take care of it.
3. If not interested in 2, download the original rom from net and flash. If you don’t know how to flash, pay 100 to a local shop and get it done

First of all check all apps (including system apps), these apps don’t have any icon or impersonate other icons, so look carefully for each and every app, specially app with no icon or android/wifi/call/sms icons. you will find that app sitting there for sure. I have installed such apps once or twice. They are carefully designed to hide from your eyes but they can be seen in apps (enable system app view too).

Such apps don’t depend on you for permission. They user backdoor entry and exploit loopholes in code to do shit

Don’t think you need to worry unless it uses Android accessibility service or you downloaded a modified APK to use it for amazon/Flipkart which has an integrated wallet servicehttps://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/596260/original/Screenshot_20191125-232542.jpg?1574704955Max they can get is your phone number, device ID/IMEI that too based on the App permissions

Also there’s Play Protect which scans n notifies if there’s any malicious app installed (Not just apps from playstore)
“Dentex YT Downloader” is not from PlayStore*https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/596261/original/Screenshot_20191125-233036.jpg?1574704970https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/596262/original/Screenshot_20191125-233049.jpg?1574704987 Anyways these are adware apps (not malware)
Not harmful but annoying
