Inter state travel to Mumbai

One of my relative who is resident of Mumbai, has been stuck in another state.
Now with flights and trains starting soon wanted to know if there are any restrictions by Maharashtra government of institutional quarantine?
Karnataka government is very vocal about inter state travel, be it no entry from covid hot spot states or 14 day institutional quarantine for other states.
Would be very helpful if some one can share information about Maharashtra.
Are there any official handles for MH government where I can get up to date info.
