@utk2006dubey the price of iPhones on paytm is cheaper than in US. Do note that iPhones carry international warranty only in the countries where Apple sells directly and not through resellers. In India Apple sells only through resellers so the warranty for the iPhone purchase in US is not valid here in India.

If you still intend to purchase in US then don’t worry about the functioning of the device as such, the unlocked version is a world phone and supports all Indian bands too.

My advice is to get one in India with Indian warranty even if it costs a bit more.

The link you posted will turn out to be around 60.5k INR including taxes for a 64gb iPhone 6S without any valid India warranty.

On paytm you get a 128gb iPhone 6S with valid Indian warranty for approximately 55k after cash back of 10k.
