Apple is expected to launch this cheaper iPhone called the iPhone 9 aka iPhone SE 2 on April 15. But so far rumours are all we have and in the past, they didn’t prove to be accurate.

Earlier, there was a rumour that the iPhone 9 will be launched in March. Then it became the launch of March 31. That date came and went. Rumours then hinted that the launch will be on April 5. No. Didn’t happen. Now, the latest reports suggest that the iPhone 9 will be launched on April 15.

Then there are speculations about the name. Is it going to be called the iPhone 9? We are not sure. It could be called the iPhone SE 2. Or Apple may call it just the iPhone SE (2020 generation), info leaked by case makers suggests.
