Had to make this interesting comparison.
Disclosure- I own a few eicher motor and MRF shares but not bought at launch dates.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zI3IEIF...
Edit:- Those who have already made up their mind to buy iphone 7, Will compare this thread to giving up travel , Leisure and even Basic and daily actvities….
Good luck to those, they are just responding to the fact that they cant help it..
This comparison is just to show the difference between INVESTMENT and EXPENSES (that too in iphone)

Check his revised link but faltu comparison hai
You must be planning to buy 7
HA HA HA …..ALL THE BEST, TALK TO U AFTER 5 YEARS…
LOL, let’s all stop eating outside, travelling out, enjoying and what not apart from the basic essentials for survival. Invest it all in MRF shares.
Kuch bhi!
@oneidentity Internet bhi kyu chalata ho, offline hi raha karo
Buy RIL shares
ril doesn’t give money to stock investors. past 10 years are proof of that.
You’re wrong… bought at 758… see the price now…

Btw, I won’t buy any phone this expensive unless I have money to literally throw away. Yes, it’s throwing money. That’s how I see people buying flagship phones. Mobiles phones have absolutely worst VFM. And Apple products are sitting on shit load of money coz they are doing what BB did in it’s hayday and Nokia used to with their premium phones. They never spent on hardware and what they once spent on software keep regenerating money for them. Even hardware on iPhone 7 is 2012/13 standard. Apple just keep reinventing the wheel and fanboys rejoice and throw away their money on them. BOth go home happy.
That being said, I am fed up with android’s inefficiency too. With every new version of their Android I hope they would concentrate on making android more efficient but they never do and the manufacturers are left with just cramming up more powerful processor and more RAM with their new models, which is bit useless. Latest processors from Snapdragon surpass budget laptop processors like AMD A4 in raw power! Why would you need such power on a mobile phone? Which is the reason for poor battery life on Android. Android is not heading were a Linux OS should be. With Nougat atleast Google has incorporated multitasking which will make some use of all the power at hand. Steve Jobs spent all his attention on iOS and it still pays. Sadly, he is dead and so is innovation at Apple. It’s just downward slope from here for them. Maybe be Apple will introduce multitasking 1-2 years later and again fanboys will rejoice at Apple ‘innovation’.
Bottomline:
1. It’s one’s choice how he wants to spend his money.
2. There is no ‘rationalisation’ with fanboys.Signing out!

Sir can you please tell me what are the guidelines of this game?
What is defined to be logical? What is defined to be worthy? What is defined to be unworthy? Is there any particular price range beyond which humans are not allowed to spend for each category like phones, bikes, cars etc? Would be glad to learn more.
Oh yeah, can you define rich brats too for me? As far as I understand from your premise a rich brat = iPhone buyer = approximately 1 billion users across the globe (considering no. of iOS devices globally shipped including iPod touch and iPad too). Bureaucrats across the world would be delighted to know we have a billion rich brats globally. So much for income disparity.

Why go to such extent? I can list so many things which seem so essential for our everyday life in this “ultra-modern” world but, in fact, are not essential at all for living.
Example: Investing in shares!
Note: This post is meant to be both serious and sarcastic.

It’s not! Just because you guys know of a few people in India who don’t use an iPhone apart from stuff like basic apps which any other smartphone can do you can’t blame the iPhone.
I have used every major smartphone released till date since 2007 right from iPhone 2G, HTC G1 (the first ever Android phone), phones with WebOS, Maemo, meego and Windows Mobile. I have used more Android devices than I have used iPhones.
There is a certain reason why I am drawn back to iOS mobiles eventually. It’s because the refined integration of features and seamless integration is still lacking on flagship Android phones.
Yes, I can afford an iPhone but doesn’t mean I am filthy rich either. I plan every iPhone purchase almost for a year by saving some money every month and this saving is a significant amount for me too. In fact for most purchases I make sure I am getting the best deal so that I do not loose out much when I sell it off and trust me, I sell most of my stuff at break even or at a profit too even after using it or at max 10% loss on money I spent on it.
I am crazy about new gadgets, be it tabs or smart devices or phones and hence I spend on them. Every person has his own MADNESS, be it travel or gadgets or savings or food or any bloody thing that keeps him/her motivated and strive for it. Without any such passion A.K.A. madness ones life is a tad bit boring or monotonous. Sorry for too much philosophy and gyaan.
My problem with most noobs is that they comment on stuff without even experiencing them. Experience, use stuff, weigh out the pros and cons and then write YOUR opinion and I will respect it. People who do not have sensible and credible stuff just call out names and argue baselessly.
PS: Another long post

by the way raghu bhai am planning to buy moto g LTE from US. will it work in india? unlocked one. for jio.
Would be glad if you can share the link bro. The ones on ebay US are from all across the world and each might have a different spec.
@raghupro All good points, bro. And having purchased my first iPhone some time in the first week of July 2007, trust me, I do understand everything you have said.
However, someone who has publicly posted about staying in a 7-star hotel shouldn’t be the one to talk about virtues of savings and such things.

Unable to get the list of supported frequencies man. Moreover on Amazon it shows a partial support for T-Mobile LTE network and if I am not wrong few bands are common with Indian networks too.

Lol, luckily not. It’s all my planning
Forget about iPhone, they are very costly.
Enjoy this song for free.
Loved the posts of both @raghupro and @thrifty_indian. Yes I haven’t bought an iPhone till now but the high price just offputs me. Add to the fact that apple gets so much premium off it also makes me jealous.
Do accept the fact that apple phones get good resale values. Hard to make such nice image for a brand.
Btw @raghupro can you tell me some things which an iPhone only can do and no other smartphone can?? Would love to know the exclusive benefits of iPhone.. forget about the efficiency and sync bla-bla..
itna kaise likh lete ho bhai?
