As I Have Received This SMS. I Have Removed The App And Also Switched Off The Number Used (Though It Was From Fake Document )
Stay Safe Stay Alert As Things Are Becoming Worst Day By Day For Looters And Those Who Do Such Activities. And Nowadays Even Police Take Such Cases Very Seriously.

First.misusing, abusing systems and crying foul is the norm nowadays
so nothing odd there.
Sadly genuine customers too suffer a lot. Because companies cannot distinguish between honest mistakes (by genuine people) and those rigging the system.
Thus they too loose face and customers.
