Is a reliance jio sim tied to a particular handset?

I also want to know that now all sims whether bought with lyf phones or others phones are brought under the same roof of having 4gb per day, so is the sim bought with lyf sim can be used with other phones?
Anyone tried this? I don’t have other handset to try, so can’t try on my own.

All SIMs which have been migrated from JPO to JWO plans are now “open” SIMs and can be used with any LTE handset supporting Band 3/5/40.
Only Mifi SIMs are tied to the device.

Using jio sim in huwaei 4g dongle from two months

4g speed has gone down since the last couple of weeks, barely getting 1mbps

Today again I tried on my mobile (Moto G4 Plus) and its working fine (both calls and data).

In fact, the browsing speed is better than the jiofi device and the quality of the calls also good.

For me the apn settings is not showing or no option to edit it for my jio sim? what it could mean? still not activated or have to do further tweakings, called their activation number for data activation but still data is not working for me. pls help
