My all order including super value day order is in same status from last 5 days “preparing for dispatch” … no improvement at all…
what about you?
note – 3 days before they shipped just 2 order too … but now its like dead and especially Amazon GC too didn’t delivered from last 20 hours …
any one can share there on experience regarding this….
I want to ask one more thing… what is the parameters used by amazon to block customers account?
if anyone know … please share

Nothing. No sms, no email, no app, pop-up. Their workforce must be busy in handling traffic and checking PEs. Cancel kar dun kya, order toh deliver ho gaya but

Sorry to Say but amazon is wrost cs these days.. product is in my area from 3 days but they told they cant arrange delivery before estimate date.( But i hv done it many times before)..2 product r not shipping from 5 days..and wen i talk to cc they talk wid attitude now before from now i have nvr faced dat type of issue wid amazon as they hv most frndly cs…
I have ordered redmi note 3 and a Hp printer. Printer is yet to be shipped after 4 days. Redmi note 3 is pending since 2 days.

Same dude! Amazon has changed a lot. Every ecomm site is same now adays. Missing old good days 
Received a Nivea cream with seal open, a little cream had leaked too. I feel a little squishy returning such low valued items. But will leave a bad review.

We Indians have one thing very bad n it’s common in all , i.e Thousand good things don’t matter , one mistake and we start cursing them.Thats really very bad.
Even my orders are stuck from 2nd Oct . current status PREPARING FOR DISPATCH.

Initially the status said, delayed due to customer request, later, i notified this to amazon, where they promised delivery in 24-48 hours. but after this, the status changed to out for delivery, where i felt happy that this worked out and they are going to deliver this today itself, but within 15 minutes, it turned out that they are playing games when i got an sms that product is delivered (Remember it is not a petty thing but a large appliance). Now, i again notified amazon about this, where they said they escalated this to their specialist team, god knows what do those specialists do in this case

My package destroyed 2 times in transit hence Rto from mid only… I hate this for sure

I too have faced such issue.. one yr before … and escalated issue at both platform … couier n amazon. .. it took 24 hrs to correct the status
Amazon has blocked most places in North India for various items. I am not convinced to buy their ‘prime’ service.

Same here … can you believe. .. I didn’t ship 5 kg whole wheat floor too at my pin code … but they are shipping Rs 4500 hard disk … weird policy
